Ms. Abrams joined U.S.
Realty Advisors, LLC (USRA) in 2005, as a Senior Accountant. She is
responsible for the financial reporting and cash management for the
majority of the property owned and managed by USRA. Before joining
USRA, Ms. Abrams had her own Accounting and Bookkeeping Company.
She worked with established small businesses by getting their old
accounting systems computerized, and with new companies, creating
and implementing accounting systems and procedures. Prior to having
her own business, Ms Abrams was Controller of Relocation Realty
Service Corp, a subsidiary of Commercial Credit Corp. A relocation
service company, contracting with Fortune 500 companies to
facilitate their employee's transfers by purchasing their
homes. Ms. Abrams was also
responsible for the company's budgets, forecasts and internal
auditing. Ms. Abrams graduated from the University of Bridgeport
with a BS in Accounting and later continued her financial education
at Pace University.
