Prior to Joining US Realty Advisors Mr. Snyder served as Vice President of SR Capital, LLC a New York City based real estate Investment and Development Company.  While at SR Capital he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions as well as debt and equity financing for the company.   Prior to his experience at SR Capital, Matthew was the director of leasing and acquisitions at Atlantic Development Group, a developer of residential and mixed-use properties in New York City.  He was responsible for the implementation and execution of leasing, new acquisitions and underwriting in the firm’s development and finance division. 

He began his real estate career at Newmark Knight Frank, a leading full-service global real estate brokerage firm, where he managed and advised a large and prominent roster of corporate clients, financial institutions and not-for-profit institutions.  He was responsible for successfully negotiating leases with a total value in excess of $300 million.  After three years, he was named Broker of the Year by Newmark.

Mr. Snyder is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, a member of the Young Men’s and Women’s Real Estate Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for the New York Junior Tennis League.  He also is a junior board member of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.  Mr. Snyder graduated from The Business School at the University of Illinois with B.A. in Finance.
